As the owner of Lather Head Spa, I’ve created a space rooted in relaxation, results, and genuine care. Recently becoming certified as a Hair Loss Practitioner through the United States Trichology Institute (USTI) and the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) has allowed me to further expand my passion into hair loss and scalp wellness solutions.     Our Complimentary Hair Restoration Consultation is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation designed to introduce you to the Rooted Hair Restoration Program and help determine whether our approach aligns with your needs.

    During Your Consultation, We Will:

    • Discuss your hair loss concerns and personal goals.

    • Explain the Rooted Hair Restoration Program and available treatment options.

    • Review treatment timelines, expected commitment, and realistic expectations.

    • Discuss pricing, home care recommendations, and maintenance requirements.

    • Answer your questions so you can make an informed decision about your next steps.

    • Explain my education, certifications, experience, and the scope of services I provide as a Certified Hair Loss Practitioner.

    Should you decide to move forward, an In-Depth Hair & Scalp Analysis will be recommended. During that appointment, we will perform a comprehensive scalp evaluation, review your health history, identify contributing factors, and develop a personalized Rooted Hair Restoration Protocol designed specifically for your needs.

  • The second phase of your hair restoration journey focuses on understanding why your hair loss is occurring. Because no two individuals experience hair loss for the same reasons, identifying the underlying cause is one of the most important steps in creating an effective treatment plan.

    Hair loss can be influenced by a variety of factors, including genetics, hormonal changes, stress, medical conditions, scalp health, nutritional deficiencies, medications, significant life events, and lifestyle habits. Rather than treating the symptom alone, our goal is to identify the contributing factors that may be affecting your hair growth.

    During this phase, we will review your health history, lifestyle, current medications and supplements, family history, and hair loss concerns. We will also perform a detailed scalp analysis to evaluate your scalp and hair follicles, looking for signs of inflammation, buildup, miniaturization, reduced follicular density, and other indicators that can help guide your treatment plan.

    Once we have identified the factors contributing to your hair loss, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, lifestyle, goals, and budget.

    Your customized protocol may include a combination of professional treatments and home care products, such as the Xtreme Total Care (XTC) Hair Rejuvenation System, Gen-5 Exosomes, growth factors, DHT blockers, scalp preparation and cleansing products, nutritional supplements, red light therapy, or other recommended hair and scalp wellness products, including OWAY and Zenagen.

    Because every treatment plan is customized, many products are specially ordered based on your individual protocol. A 50% deposit is required on all customized product packages and laser devices at the time your treatment plan is accepted. Products that are regularly stocked at Lather Head Spa may be available for immediate purchase.

    Your personalized protocol is designed to provide the best opportunity for healthy hair growth, and your commitment to following the recommended treatment plan consistently is one of the most important factors in achieving successful results.

    While some causes of hair loss can be improved through targeted treatment and lifestyle modifications, others may require ongoing management or collaboration with your primary care provider or a medical specialist. Our commitment is to provide honest recommendations, realistic expectations, and a customized plan to help you achieve the healthiest scalp and hair possible.

  • Once your customized treatment plan has been prepared and your products have arrived, you will return for your Treatment Initiation Appointment.

    During this visit, we will review each product included in your personalized protocol, discuss how and when to use them, and answer any questions you may have. You will receive a customized Home Care Regimen to help you stay organized, consistent, and confident throughout your hair restoration journey.

    Your appointment will also include a Deep Cleansing Head Spa Treatment to create a healthy foundation for your scalp before beginning your home care program.

    At this appointment, the remaining balance for your customized treatment plan will be due. Because many products are specially ordered specifically for your individualized protocol, all customized product packages require full payment prior to dispensing.

    This appointment marks the beginning of your personalized hair restoration program and is designed to set you up for long-term success through education, consistency, and ongoing support.

    90-Day Progress Monitoring

    • 2-week assessment: Text of phone call check-in.

    • 4-week assessment: In-person scalp imaging, prgress photos and questions.

    • 8-week assessment: In-perosn scalp imageing, progress comparison and plan adjustments.

    • 10-12 week assessment: Final evaluation, prgress report and ongoing recommendations.
