1. Membership Overview

Our Lather Memberships at Lather Head Spa provides exclusive benefits and discounted treatments for members committed to enhancing their wellness and relaxation on a monthly basis.

Membership is billed monthly and requires a 6-month minimum commitment from the date of enrollment.

2. Term & Commitment

By enrolling in the Signature Lather Membership, the client agrees to remain an active member for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months.

Members who choose to cancel before completing the 6-month commitment will be charged:

Early Cancellation Fee (Membership cost)

OR

Repayment of all discounts received during membership,

Whichever amount is greater.

This fee will be charged automatically to the card on file.

3. Membership Billing

Membership fees are automatically billed on the same day each month.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Missed or unused monthly services do not roll over.

4. Freezing or Pausing Membership

Members may request a temporary pause for medical reasons or extended travel once per 6-month cycle, at the discretion of Lather Head Spa management.

5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel the membership after the 6-month commitment has been fulfilled, the member must provide notice at least 14 days prior to their next billing date.

Cancellations before the 6-month period ends will incur the early cancellation fee described above.
